Job Description Odessa Regional Medical Center, Odessa, Texas *OB/GYN Hospitalist Opportunity* *New Rate Increase The Opportunity: Odessa Regional Medical Center is a thriving 211-bed full-service facility with a strong focus on Women and Children’s services. Our hospital boasts a Level III Maternity Designation, featuring a dedicated 7-bed OBED with 2 exclusive OB operating rooms and a 6-bed Antepartum Unit. We provide robust MFM support with 2.5 MFMs and 3 NPs on staff who are available 24/7 to collaborate with our OBs and laborists to manage high-risk patients. Additionally, our facility offers a 49-bed Level III NICU and a Pediatric Hospitalist program staffed by Mednax physicians and APPs. Full-time Hospitalist have the freedom to create their own schedules – typically eight 24-hour shifts per month – with no on-call duty or office management.
