Job Description:
Join our skilled team of healthcare professionals as a
Registered Nurse at Encompass Health Corporation, where we pride

patient care. Through our network of inpatient rehabilitation
hospitals and home health and hospice agencies, we ensure every
patient receives compassionate and personalized care. As a
Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in patient recovery
and wellness, utilizing your expertise to deliver exceptional
nursing services, manage care routines, and support patient and
family needs. Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop
nursing care plans. Implement nursing care plans and maintain
accurate, detailed reports and records. Monitor, record, and report
symptoms and changes in patients' conditions. Direct and supervise
less skilled nursing or healthcare personnel, or supervise a
particular unit on one shift. Administer medications and treatments
to patients and observe reactions or side effects. Consult and
coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement,
or evaluate patient care plans. Modify patient treatment plans as
indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Strong clinical
skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a
team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage
effectively with patients, family, and other healthcare
professionals. Proven ability to make critical decisions under
pressure. High level of compassion for patients and a strong desire
to impact patient care positively. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
preferred.
