Job Description:

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dynamic teams across our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with facility protocols. Monitor patient conditions and respond with appropriate interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Educate patients and their families on illness and injury management and prevention. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care and outcomes. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in emergencies Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
