required Certifications: ACLS BLS PALS TNCC Must-Have: ACLS, BLS,
PALS, TNCC required (must be willing to obtain if offered) 2 years
of ER experience required Description: The position requires a
registered nurse to work in the emergency department. Candidates
must have a minimum of two years of experience in an emergency room
or a comparable environment. The role involves management of
patients with multisystem organ dysfunction and various acute
conditions. Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias are
critical skills for this position. Experience with Central line
care, emergency medications, and IV vasopressors is required.
Emergency nursing skills, including the management of trauma,
burns, and near drowning cases, are essential. Nurses will be
expected to administer blood products and manage ventilated
patients. Candidates should be familiar with obtaining 12-lead EKGs
and managing acute psychosis and drug overdoses. The ability to
work effectively in a high-stress environment and collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams is necessary. This role requires a
commitment to patient care for diverse age groups, from neonates to
geriatrics. Candidates should be prepared to work some holidays and
