This role is essential in our mission to provide comprehensive healthcare by ensuring all patients receive customized nutritional support as per medical guidelines. This position requires collaboration with healthcare professionals to craft and sustain nutritional programs that support patient recovery and health maintenance. Prepare, assemble, and deliver patient meals and snacks according to dietary orders Assist in the kitchen with food preparation and menu planning Monitor patient food intake and report progress and dietary issues to the nutritionist Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the preparation and kitchen areas Collaborate with healthcare providers to meet the nutritional needs of patients Adhere to safety and health regulations Knowledge of nutrition and dietary needs Ability to follow recipes and cooking methods Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in food handling and safety preferred
