Job Description:
Summary of Position: As a member of the Materials Management
team, the Warehouse / Yard Associate position will focus on
assisting the operation of WaterBridge inventory facilities through
physical material management. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
The following represents most of the duties performed by the
position but is not meant to be all-inclusive nor prevent other
duties from being assigned when necessary. Employees are expected
to comply with all regulatory, environmental, and safety rules and
standards, as well as corporate policies. Reasonable accommodations

essential functions. As a Warehouse / Yard Associate, you will be
responsible for: Assisting in daily/routine material handling
(receiving, issuing, loading, organizing, etc.). Pulling and
staging material orders in accordance with provided requests from
the field. Validating incoming orders for accuracy from provided
shipping documents. Maintaining yard and warehouse cleanliness and
organization at all times. Providing oversight to contractors
performing work in the yard and/or warehouse. Assisting in the
management of the inventory facility (yard and warehouse) as it
relates to groundskeeping, building maintenance, etc. Reporting
safety/environmental issues to management. Understanding and
adhering to all Safety and Environmental rules and regulations.
Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and saltwater disposal
requirements. Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications & Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or
GED. A valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record is
required. Relevant work experience in an inventory, warehouse, and
outdoor environment is preferred. Live in Pecos, TX, or within a
30-mile radius from Pecos, TX, required. Company-paid housing will
be provided during your working shift. Working
Conditions/Environment: Operates in a field and office environment,
depending on schedule and projects. Due to the diversity of
scheduled and non-scheduled remediation, environmental conditions
vary significantly depending on the project. Office environment:
Professional and/or business casual. Field environment: May be
subject to extreme environments such as heat, cold, etc. The
physical demands described here represent those that an employee
must meet to perform the functions of this job successfully. While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally
required to: Standing, walking, or sitting for prolonged periods.
Walking on uneven and vegetated terrain. Use hands to handle or
feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb
stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear. The
employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds
and must be able to carry a self-contained breathing apparatus if
needed. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close
vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Position Type: This is
a full-time position. Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Working
after hours and on weekends is frequent and will be evenly
distributed amongst the Materials Management team. Position
