Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation, a national leader in integrated
healthcare services, is seeking dedicated LPNs/LVNs to join our

well as our extensive home health network. Our ideal candidate will
demonstrate a deep commitment to patient care, exceptional clinical

multi-disciplinary team. As part of Encompass Health, you will
contribute to a healing environment by bringing compassion and
dedication to patient recovery and comfort. Provide nursing care to
patients according to the established plan, assessing their health
conditions and needs. Administer medications, monitor vital signs,
and assist in procedures under physician orders. Document patients'
health information accurately and completely in the medical record.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare
team to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in the development
and modification of the patient care plan in collaboration with
other health professionals. Strong clinical skills in a hospital or
home care setting Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR)
systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
make quick decisions in high-pressure situations Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Licensed Practical
Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license CPR
certification required IV certification preferred
